WEEK 1 -- DAY 2 -- AND I DIDN'T QUIT AFTER ONE DAY

And I'm still doing well.

And I'm not dieting.

And I didn't weigh myself this morning.

And I didn't eat any of my usual snacks during the day.

What I did do was have waffles for breakfast and lasagne for dinner.  No diet food here.  A piece of Entenmanns cake afterwards.

I usually go upstairs at 8PM every night to watch TV in my bedroom (there's only so much news and sports I can take when watching with my husband downstairs).  Once up there, I have an unbelievable stash of candy that I look forward to every evening.  Last night, I didn't have anything and tonight I have no desire to have any either.

It's funny.  Once I say I'm going to watch what I'm eating, I really don't mind missing the candy and snacks.  I saw a commercial for The Biggest Loser which starts next week.  It's always great to be on some kind of a weight loss program while watching this show.....it makes you feel a bit less guilty.

So two days in and I'm still alive and well.1
