
Last night I was thinking about what these changes might be. Since I love Diet Coke and Diet Peach
Snapple, I thought for one full week I'd give up drinking both of those. I bet th
at would make a noticeable difference in my weight loss at the end of the week. And since I only need to lose one pound a week, any change I make should make a difference in achieving this goal.
Lately I've been hooked on frozen ice cream sundae cones and this is definitely one change I'll be making. Perhaps I'd limit myself to only two or three a week. No cold turkey for me!!!!
I know I'm probably making this sound like I'm not serious about this.....I am. But I refuse to do what I used to do by cutting out everything. It will be interesting to see what the exact weight is with which I start. It will be posted on Monday.
