o what did I do in Week 1 to achieve this weight loss??1) I was very conscious about what I was eating and this obviously made me eat less.
2) I probably drank one or two less sodas/ice teas a day.
For this week, I am going to continue along but try to increase the exercise. I'm
also going to try to drink one bottle of water a day. I know that doesn't sound like much but it is for me as I'm not crazy about water.
The fact that I've lost four pounds this week does not, however, mean that I've already lost the amount of weight I have committed to in the month of January. It just puts me ahead of the game at the end of the year. I still have to continue to lose a pound a week for the rest of January and the rest of the year.
After this tremendously successful week, I'm really motivated to continue.
